Do you only repair damaged cables or also create new ones?
We offer repair services for old cables as well as production of new cables. In order to create a new cable, we require the old or damaged cable for measurement purposes along with its corresponding parts (such as rods and rubbers). Unfortunately, without access to the old or damaged cable, we will not be able to create a new one or repair the old cable.
I'm not sure about the type of cable I have?
No need to worry, just contact us and we will do our best to help you determine the type of cable you have. Alternatively, you can bring the damaged cable to our workshop in Parow and we can take a closer look and assist you right away.
Do you offer sales or repair services for computer cables such as HDMI, VGA, or USB?
Unfortunately, we do not offer sales or repair services for computer cables such as HDMI, VGA, or USB. We specialise in automotive and galvanised cables only.
The cable I need repaired is not listed on your website?
The cables listed on our website are the most frequently requested for repair, which we work on daily. However, these are just a selection of the many cables we can fix. If you have any additional cable inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Is it possible to repair my broken cable if I do not have all or any of the necessary parts?
We will do our best to help you in any way we can, but unfortunately missing parts can sometimes make it difficult to repair the cable. If you can, please bring the damaged cable to our workshop in Parow or contact us so we can accurately assess the situation.
Is it possible for your technicians to remove the damaged cable from my vehicle in addition to repairing it?
Unfortunately, due to time constraints and limited resources, we are unable to assist with removal or refitting of the damaged cable into your vehicle. It is recommended that you arrange for a qualified mechanic to handle these tasks before or after bringing the cable to us for repair.
Which parts do you require in order to repair my damaged window winder mechanism?
In order to repair a damaged window winder, we require the entire winder mechanism including the complete electrical motor. These parts are crucial to the repair process, so unfortunately we will not be able to assist you if all of the above are not provided.
